Renewable energy from the sun
We use LED lights and we use electricity from renewable energy. Our trailer consumes several times less electricity per day than, for example, conventional buildings.
Supporting local farmers
We try to recommend or cooperate with local businesses and hardworking local farmers for whom natural organic quality is the standard.
Traveling close to home
By discovering beautiful places around the corner, we try to motivate people to travel close to home and thus relieve overcrowded tourist destinations.
HOW MUCH CO2 EMISSIONS DO I PRODUCE:
BY BIKE FROM PRAGUE TO TINY HOUSE BY THE RIVER
0 kg
BY CAR FROM Brno TO TINY HOUSE AT THE FOOT OF THE FOREST
8 kg
BY PLANE FROM PRAGUE TO BARCELONA
190 kg/ 1 person
Precious drinking water
We are aware that 1 in 9 people on the planet do not have access to safe water. We use drinking water to a limited extent and for others, such as flushing the toilet, we use fresh rainwater. We use 9x less drinking water than, for example, households or an average hotel room.
No impact on the site
The tiny house does not stand on concrete foundations, but on wheels, so it has no impact on the place where it stands.
Durable product as the future way
We use high-quality, durable and genuine materials, mostly from local producers. The wood does not travel across half of the continent, but only a few kilometers. Cladding is done using the Japanese shou-sugi-ban method with a durability of up to 80 years. A quality product for long-term use, which will be easy to repair after decades and will not be subject to fashion, is the main path to sustainable development.
EVEN WITH THE SMALL STEPS JUST MENTIONED, WE ARE TRYING TO CONTRIBUTE AND SHOW THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO LIVE WITHOUT HIGH CONSUMPTION AND IF POSSIBLE TO INSPIRE INDIVIDUALS EVEN IN EVERYDAY DAYS.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR THE COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?
